Community Centre
You can find many small communities here (plating group, aerobic, maternity gymnastics, etc.), among which the pensioners’ club and choir and the „Tőzike” patchwork group do prominent job.
For children we organize summer handicraft camps, and playhouses every months.
The Open Space Public Cultural Association’s Répce Gallery can also be found in the community centre with contemporary artworks. The folkdance group „Ümmögő” is already known in the whole country.
We have two yearly programs that became well-known, the Festival of Répcelak and the „Laki Kalinkó”.
We quite often organize language-courses, other informative lectures, conferences and festivals. Economic and public organisations also have programs here, and we organize the nuptial ceremonies int he community centre as well.
Other services available: faxing, photocopying, etc.
The local history’s collection (Petőfi str. 20.) exists since 2007 also connected to the Community Centre.
Library
The communal library was raised in 1958, the Regional Library in 1968, and moved to the west wing of the community centre in 1989.
The library was enlarged and technically developped in 2002 due to an 22M HUF investment of the Government.
With the help of the government the library has won NKÖM award twice (1997, 2003)
The library is a two-storey building. The newspaper-reading-room and the library is available for everybody as well as the catalogues, and you can get information about the services of the library.
The children’s library on the first floor is available for every children (with the written permit of the parents) under 14 years free of charge, they can take part in various programs there as well.
With valid registration you can also use the music, media and informatical session of the library (online databases, interactive learning possibility).
The library cooperates with the nearby governmental libraries since 2003, and provides micro-regional tasks since 2006. (serving 4 nearby village: Csánig, Nick, Uraiújfalu, Vámoscsalád).

The collection holds 20000 documents. The datas are available on the web (OPAC) since summer 1999.
